1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jaya66 website at jaya66.ws, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use jaya66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3 Account Registration and Verification

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

• jaya66 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account flagged for review.
• jaya66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jaya66 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players. The specific terms of each offer — including the eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry date — are published alongside each individual promotion. These offer-specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and are equally binding.

• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer page.
• A maximum bet restriction applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• jaya66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jaya66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, or other game types. These product-level rules are available within the relevant game interface or via the support team. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. jaya66 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed, except where a clear system error is identified and documented by the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to defraud jaya66 or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to support immediately and will not be honoured.
• Using the platform for any activity associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with jaya66.
• Accessing jaya66 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

jaya66 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the jaya66 support team via live chat within the platform. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
